1905 stellte die originale ATLANTIC einen transatlantischen Segelrekord von New York nach The Lizard auf, der fast ein Jahrhundert hielt. Dies ist ihre Nachbildung: ein 64,5 Meter langer Dreimast-Gaffelschoner, 2010 bei Van der Graaf in den Niederlanden gebaut. Doug Peterson passte William Gardners Linien von 1903 für einen modernen Stahlrumpf und Dacron-Segel an. Eigner Ed Kastelein (aus der Holland America Line-Familie) rekonstruierte die Innenräume im Kolonialstil anhand historischer Fotografien. Sie gewann einen World Superyacht Award 2011.
Zwölf Gäste in sechs Kabinen mit eigenem Bad: eine Master-Suite über die volle Breite mit Badewanne, zwei Doppelkabinen, eine Zwillingskabine und zwei Etagenbettkabinen. Crew von 12. Das Interieur besteht aus geschnitztem Teak und historischen Details, unter 1.700 Quadratmetern Segelfläche an 45 Meter hohen Masten.
An Bord sind ein klassisches 12-Fuß-Segelboot, ein E-Foil, Wakeboard, Wasserski, Kneeboard, Tauchausrüstung, Schnorchel-Sets, Yogamatten und Fahrräder. Das 6,5-m-Sillinger-RIB übernimmt die Landtransfers. Mit 10 Knoten Reisegeschwindigkeit bewegt sie sich im Segeltempo; und genau darum geht es.

An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.
Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.
We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.
We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.
