WHISPER
Holland Jachtbouw lanceerde WHISPER in Amsterdam in 2003, en ze won het jaar daarop de ShowBoats Award voor Best Sailing Yacht Under 40 Metres. Ted Hood tekende de romp (een aluminium delta-vorm met een diepe midzwaard), en Winch Design verzorgde de interieurs. Ze werd gerenoveerd in 2014.
Het sloeptuig drijft een 35 meter lange romp met een breedte van 8,3 meter en Holland Jachtbouw's eerste intrekbare roer-in-een-roer, een systeem ontworpen voor varen op ondiep water in beschutte baaien met behoud van serieuze offshore-prestaties. Twee Lugger-diesels geven haar 10 knopen onder motor.
Zes gasten in drie hutten: een master, een dubbele en een twin. Winch Design's interieurs bestaan uit warm hout en natuurlijk licht, met dezelfde bouwkwaliteit onder dek als Holland Jachtbouw in de romp erboven stak.
Op het water: wakeboard, waterski's (volwassenen en kinderen), kneeboard, tube, kajak, drijfmatten, snorkeluitrusting en visuitrusting. Een barbecue aan dek en een bimini voor schaduw maken het zeilleven compleet.
WHISPER overwintert op St Maarten en brengt de zomer door in New England, met een crew van vijf. De Caribische Boven- en Benedenwindse Eilanden in het seizoen, daarna noordwaarts als het weer draait.

An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.
Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.
We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.
We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.
