PRINCESS KARLA is a 2025 Lagoon 60 sailing catamaran based in Marina Kastela, just outside Split, with a crew of three looking after eight guests in four en-suite cabins. Each cabin has its own climate control and bathroom, so eight guests spread across three doubles and a convertible twin without compromising on privacy.

The salon opens wide onto the aft cockpit through full-height glazing, and the covered flybridge handles meals and sundowners with a view down the Dalmatian coast. At 9.87 metres of beam, the Lagoon 60 carries its volume low and stable, which matters when the afternoon Maestral picks up between the islands.

Toys are straightforward: a JOBE Infinity sea scooter, two paddleboards, a kneeboard, snorkel gear, and fishing rods, all launched from a Highfield 460 tender with a 60-horsepower Honda. She also carries a bow thruster and watermaker, the kind of practical kit that makes island-hopping between Split, Hvar, and Dubrovnik easier on crew and guests alike.

Key details to help you prepare for your charter experience.

An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.

Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.

We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.

We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.

We follow MYBA and CYBA contract standards, these internationally recognized agreements offer clarity and security throughout your charter experience.

If you're ever uncertain about what's included or have any questions, feel free to ask your broker at Frontier Yachting. We're here to ensure your charter experience is perfect.
