MY TOY is an AB Yachts 140 launched in 2009 (originally Maria Pia) and refitted in 2019. Triple MTU 16V 2000 waterjets produce 7,200 horsepower combined, pushing her to 41 knots and cruising at 24. At 42 metres on a GRP hull drawn by G. Vafiadis, with interiors by Guido de Groot, she was built to move fast and look good doing it.
Ten guests across five cabins on the lower deck. The master suite has a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and its own sauna. Two VIP staterooms each have queen beds and en-suites. A fourth cabin has a convertible double, and a fifth has twin beds. A crew of eight runs the yacht from Athens year-round.
The main deck salon is open-plan with floor-to-ceiling glass on three sides, sliding doors to the aft deck, and a full dining area. One deck up, the flybridge has additional seating and sun pads. A small gym sits forward on the lower deck.
A Novurania 5.4m tender with 200HP handles shore transfers and towing. Two Sea-Doo Sparks (one three-seater, one single) cover the jet ski side. The tow lineup runs from wakeboards and monoski through kneeboard, waveboard, and water skis (adult and children's) to three donuts and a three-seater air couch. Two SUPs, snorkelling gear, and spearfishing equipment fill the quieter hours.
Based in Athens with a 500-nautical-mile range, MY TOY works the Saronic Gulf, the Cyclades from Mykonos to Santorini, and the Dodecanese. At 41 knots, a morning decision to change islands becomes a 90-minute hop.

Key details to help you prepare for your charter experience.
An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.
Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.
We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.
We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.
We follow MYBA and CYBA contract standards, these internationally recognized agreements offer clarity and security throughout your charter experience.
If you're ever uncertain about what's included or have any questions, feel free to ask your broker at Frontier Yachting. We're here to ensure your charter experience is perfect.
