JACK holte sich die Multihull Line Honours bei der Atlantic Rally for Cruisers 2024 und überquerte 3.135 Seemeilen von Gran Canaria nach Saint Lucia. Sie ist die erste MC75 aus McConaghys Werft, entworfen von Jason Ker (Ker Yacht Design) und eingerichtet vom Mailänder Studio m2atelier. Sie bietet 8 Gästen Platz in vier umbaubaren En-suite-Kabinen mit einer vierköpfigen Crew.
Der Rumpf besteht aus E-Glas und Epoxy mit Kohlefaser-Strukturverstärkung, gekrönt von einem Hall Spars Karbonmast. Hydraulische einziehbare Schwerter senken sich auf 4,5 Meter für Amwind-Kurse und ziehen auf 2,7 Meter für Ankerplätze ein, alles per Knopfdruck vom Segelcockpit auf der Flybridge. Unter Segel mit dem Code Zero auf raumem Kurs erreicht sie über 21 Knoten bei 20 Knoten Wind; unter Motor halten die beiden Yanmars komfortabel 10 Knoten.
Die gesamte Segelstation auf die Flybridge zu verlegen war eine bewusste Entscheidung. Sie hält den 9,8 Meter breiten Salon frei, mit einer Walk-around-Bar, einziehbaren Seitenfenstern und Faltüren nach achtern, die den gesamten Raum zum Deck öffnen. Unter Deck haben vier Kabinen mit Meerblick jeweils ein Queen-Bett, das zu Einzelbetten umgebaut werden kann, mit eigenem Bad und Klimaanlage.
Die Spielzeugliste passt zum Palmarès: Fliteboard E-Foil, UFO Foiling 14-Fuß-Jolle, Tauchausrüstung für sechs Taucher mit Bordkompressor, E-Bikes, SUPs, Wakeboard und ein 4,6-Meter-Highfield-Tender. Sie teilt das Jahr zwischen dem westlichen Mittelmeer im Sommer (Riviera, Korsika, Sardinien) und der Karibik im Winter. Sie ist ein Rennkatamaran, der als Cruiser chartert, mit den transatlantischen Ergebnissen als Beweis für den Rumpf.

An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.
Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.
We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.
