THE MAJ OCEANIC
THE MAJ OCEANIC est un phinisi de 47 mètres construit en 2020, accueillant 12 passagers dans sept cabines avec un équipage de 16. Il partage son année entre Komodo (depuis Labuan Bajo, mai à octobre) et Raja Ampat (depuis Sorong, novembre à avril).
La Suite Admiral de 120 mètres carrés occupe l'intégralité du pont de commandement : lit king-size, balcon privé, vue sur l'océan à 270 degrés, baignoire séparée, douche pluie et double vasques. Une Suite Commodore de 35 mètres carrés sur le pont principal dispose d'un lit king-size et d'un canapé convertible pour un enfant. Quatre Staterooms Deluxe de 25 mètres carrés sur le pont inférieur offrent des lits queen, coins salon, bureaux, doubles vasques et douches séparées. Une cabine twin supplémentaire est disponible pour les enfants.
Quatre kayaks, quatre SUP, équipement de snorkeling, balles de golf biodégradables pour le practice en mer, barbecue et équipement de plage. Deux tenders RIB de 6m et 90cv assurent les transferts de plongée et les sorties. Jet-skis disponibles sur demande avec supplément.
Il navigue à 9 nœuds (12 maximum). Les itinéraires suivent les meilleurs sites de plongée d'Indonésie : dragons de Komodo à Rinca, stations de nettoyage des raies manta et les parois coralliennes de Misool.

An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.
Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.
We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.
We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.
