L'été en Méditerranée occidentale, l'hiver aux Caraïbes au départ de St Maarten. L'HIPPOCAMPE est un Nautor Swan 100 livré en 2008 et refait en 2024, avec German Frers responsable de l'architecture navale et du design intérieur. À 30 mètres, il accueille huit passagers dans quatre cabines avec salle de bain privative (une master, une VIP, une double et une twin convertible), toutes équipées d'Apple TV, avec un équipage de quatre.
La refonte de 2024 l'a remis aux normes actuelles. Il croise à 9 nœuds sous moteur avec jusqu'à 16 sous voile, et le tender Williams 415 diesel jet assure l'accès à terre et le remorquage.
Les jouets vont au-delà de l'inventaire habituel d'un voilier : un E-Foil, du matériel de kitesurf, wakeboard, skis nautiques, paddleboard, équipement de plongée avec tuba et matériel de pêche. Le genre de liste qui occupe un groupe mixte pendant toute une semaine.
Basé en Espagne et en Italie pour la saison estivale (Baléares, sud de la France, côte italienne), puis repositionné à St Maarten pour des charters caribéens pendant l'hiver.

An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.
Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.
We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.
We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.
