Booking and Reservations

Booking Process

All bookings must be confirmed in writing and are subject to availability. A deposit is required to secure your reservation, with full payment due according to the terms specified in your Charter Agreement.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed. Additional costs may include VAT (where applicable), delivery/redelivery fees, fuel, port/berth fees, communications, provisioning, and other expenses as outlined in your Charter Agreement. An Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) (typically 30–35% of the charter fee) is usually payable prior to embarkation to cover such expenses.

Payment Terms

  • 50% of the charter fee payable upon signature of the Charter Agreement
  • 50% balance of the charter fee payable one (1) month before commencement (or as stated in the Charter Agreement)
  • APA, VAT, delivery/redelivery fees and any other charges are payable as specified in the Charter Agreement prior to embarkation
  • All payments and due dates are governed by the Charter Agreement

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Charterer

The cancellation terms are governed by the Charter Agreement. Under the MYBA Charter Agreement (2025), if the Charterer cancels after signature, the Owner will use reasonable endeavors to re‑let the Vessel for the same period and rate. If the Vessel is re‑let, the Charterer’s liability may be reduced by the net proceeds of the re‑letting (less any differences, commissions, and expenses). If the Vessel is not re‑let, the Charterer remains liable for the unpaid balance of the charter fee in accordance with the Charter Agreement.

Any refunds, administrative charges, and mitigation of losses will be handled strictly as set out in the Charter Agreement. We recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance.

Cancellation by Company

As a charter broker, Frontier Yachting facilitates the booking between you and the Vessel’s Owner and does not own or operate the vessels. Any cancellation or termination by the Owner (e.g., due to unseaworthiness, force majeure) and any remedies available to you (such as refund or rescheduling) will be governed by the Charter Agreement.
