AMAREA is a brand-new Lagoon Sixty 5 sailing catamaran, delivered in 2026 and working her first charter season out of Athens. At 20.55 metres with a 1.61-metre draft she handles the Cyclades anchorages cleanly, and the 2026 schedule pairs Greek summers with shoulder-season runs along the Italian coast.

The layout sleeps eight across four cabins, all en-suite, all in the queen-bed range. The owner's cabin sits forward with a dedicated desk area and direct deck access for sunrise coffee or evening anchor watch, and the three guest cabins keep the minimalist contemporary palette that Lagoon settled on for the Sixty range. A flybridge runs the length of the upper deck with al fresco dining and panoramic sightlines over whichever bay she's anchored in.

The water programme covers the practical bases: two SEABOBs, two sea scooters, two paddleboards, wakeboard, water skis for adults and children, a tube, a two-person kayak, plus snorkel and fishing kit. The tender is a Suzuki 60-horsepower setup that handles the shore runs and the toy launches.

A crew of three runs the boat, with a captain and two attentive staff covering deck, galley, and service. Cruising speed is ten knots, top speed fourteen. Weekly rates are €32,000 in low season, €36,000 in June and September, and €42,500 in July and August, plus expenses.

Good to Know

Key details to help you prepare for your charter experience.

An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.

Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.

We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.

We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.

We follow MYBA and CYBA contract standards, these internationally recognized agreements offer clarity and security throughout your charter experience.

If you're ever uncertain about what's included or have any questions, feel free to ask your broker at Frontier Yachting. We're here to ensure your charter experience is perfect.
