LICENSE TO CHILL is a Bali 5.4 sailing catamaran, built in 2019 and based in Marina Alimos year-round under Greek flag. The 16.8-metre hull sits on an 8.74-metre beam with a 1.48-metre draft, sleeping ten guests across five en-suite cabins: a master suite, three double cabins, and a twin. A skipper and a hostess-cook handle the sailing and the galley.

The boat is built around the Bali signature: a forward cockpit in place of trampolines, with a vertical glass door that closes off the saloon from the aft cockpit and opens fully to make one continuous deck. That gives the boat two distinct outdoor lounges, fore and aft, plus a flybridge above for the helm.

Athens puts her one short hop from the Saronic islands and within reach of the Cyclades on a standard charter week of seven nights. The boat works year-round, with summer focused on Aegina, Poros, Hydra, Spetses, and the closer Cycladic ring, and quieter shoulder seasons running the Argolic gulf and the Eastern Peloponnese coast.

The water programme is built around six snorkelling sets sized for a full-house charter, a single-person and a two-person kayak, a paddleboard, and fishing tackle. A tender with outboard handles shore runs from the wider anchorages around Hydra and Poros.

Key details to help you prepare for your charter experience.

An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.

Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.

We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.

We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.

We follow MYBA and CYBA contract standards, these internationally recognized agreements offer clarity and security throughout your charter experience.

If you're ever uncertain about what's included or have any questions, feel free to ask your broker at Frontier Yachting. We're here to ensure your charter experience is perfect.
