KING OF DIAMONDS

The Lagoon 560 S2 is the larger of the builder's mid-size charter cats, and KING OF DIAMONDS is a 2016 hull that came out of a full refit in 2024. She is 17.07 metres long, sails under the Greek flag, and works out of Alimos Marina in Athens year-round, with the Cyclades and the Argosaronic Gulf on the regular run.
Ten guests sleep across five cabins. Four are en-suite queens with proper double-mattress berths, and the fifth is a twin-bunk cabin sized for two children or a younger guest, which puts the layout squarely in family-charter territory. Headroom and air conditioning carry through the boat.
Captain George runs the boat and Chef Charalambos handles the galley and second pair of hands. The two-person setup keeps the operation intimate on a 56-foot cat, and on a Cyclades programme built around beach stops and tavern dinners ashore that ratio puts the crew close enough for guests to know by name.
The toy programme is built around the water. A four-metre tender on a 40-horsepower outboard handles the shuttling, with two two-seater kayaks, two paddleboards, two sea scooters, snorkel gear for ten, floating mats, and fishing equipment for whatever the morning brings. A BBQ sits aft for the alfresco evenings on anchor.
She cruises at eight knots, with weekly rates running €16,500 in low season to €22,000 in July and August, plus 12 percent VAT and a 25 percent APA.

Key details to help you prepare for your charter experience.
An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.
Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.
We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.
We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.
We follow MYBA and CYBA contract standards, these internationally recognized agreements offer clarity and security throughout your charter experience.
If you're ever uncertain about what's included or have any questions, feel free to ask your broker at Frontier Yachting. We're here to ensure your charter experience is perfect.
