RARE GEM is a Custom Line Navetta 30, delivered in 2022 with interiors by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the studio behind Bulgari Hotels and a string of high-end residential projects across Europe. The Navetta hull is semi-displacement, built for range and stability over speed, and she covers 1,000 nautical miles without stopping.
She sleeps ten guests in five cabins: a master suite, two VIPs, and two twins, all with en-suite bathrooms. Five crew look after the boat, which gives a ratio you'd normally associate with larger yachts and means the service stays attentive without the formality getting heavy.
On deck there's an exterior bar, sun pads fore and aft, and a swim platform at the stern for water access. Toys include three Seabobs, a foilboard, two paddleboards, and snorkel gear, with a Williams jet tender handling shore transfers and tows. Stabilizers at anchor mean you can overnight in open roadsteads without rolling.
She cruises at 10 knots from her summer base in Nice, putting Cannes, Monaco, Saint-Tropez, Corsica, and the northern coast of Sardinia all within comfortable day-trip range. The pace suits the yacht: this is a boat for people who'd prefer to arrive slowly and well-rested.

Key details to help you prepare for your charter experience.
An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.
Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.
We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.
We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.
We follow MYBA and CYBA contract standards, these internationally recognized agreements offer clarity and security throughout your charter experience.
If you're ever uncertain about what's included or have any questions, feel free to ask your broker at Frontier Yachting. We're here to ensure your charter experience is perfect.
