En 1905, l'ATLANTIC original a établi un record de traversée transatlantique de New York à The Lizard qui a tenu près d'un siècle. Voici sa recréation : un trois-mâts goélette à corne de 64,5 mètres construit par Van der Graaf aux Pays-Bas en 2010, Doug Peterson ayant adapté les lignes de William Gardner de 1903 pour une coque en acier moderne et des voiles en Dacron. Le propriétaire Ed Kastelein (de la famille Holland America Line) a reconstitué les intérieurs de style colonial à partir de photographies d'époque. Elle a remporté un World Superyacht Award en 2011.
Douze invités dans six cabines avec salle de bains privative : une suite principale pleine largeur avec baignoire, deux doubles, une twin et deux cabines à couchettes. Équipage de 12. L'intérieur est tout en teck sculpté et détails d'époque, sous 1 700 mètres carrés de voilure portés par des mâts de 45 mètres.
Elle embarque un dériveur classique de 12 pieds, un e-foil, wakeboard, skis nautiques, kneeboard, matériel de plongée, équipements de snorkeling, tapis de yoga et vélos. Le semi-rigide Sillinger de 6,5 m assure les navettes. À 10 nœuds de croisière, elle avance au rythme de la voile; c'est tout l'intérêt.
L'été en Méditerranée occidentale (Riviera, Corse, Sardaigne, Sicile, Grèce). L'hiver aux Caraïbes depuis Antigua. Refittée en 2025.

An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.
Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.
We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.
We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.
