Zoki Vukovic has sailed the Adriatic since childhood. His partner Sanja Cicvara runs the galley. Together they built their reputation on MALA, their first charter catamaran, before upgrading to BAZA. She is a Lagoon 560, refitted in 2025, sleeping 6 guests across three en-suite cabins (one master, two doubles, all queen beds) from their home port of Split.

The layout is classic Lagoon 560. A galley-down arrangement keeps the saloon open with unobstructed views at anchor, while the flybridge adds a second dining area alongside sun pads and the bow daybeds handle the morning coffee crowd.

Sanja's Mediterranean cooking is built around guest preferences and local market runs, which matters more on a two-crew catamaran than any spec sheet will tell you. The toy locker covers the basics well: two SUPs, wakeboard, water skis, tube, floating island, snorkelling gear, and fishing tackle.

BAZA works the Croatian coast from Split, with one-way routes to Dubrovnik through the islands. Zoki's local knowledge steers itineraries toward quiet anchorages and swimming spots off the standard routes. For a group of six who'd rather eat well and anchor quietly than tick off marina towns, this is the crew and the boat.

Key details to help you prepare for your charter experience.

An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.

Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.

We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.

We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.

We follow MYBA and CYBA contract standards, these internationally recognized agreements offer clarity and security throughout your charter experience.

If you're ever uncertain about what's included or have any questions, feel free to ask your broker at Frontier Yachting. We're here to ensure your charter experience is perfect.
