Fountaine Pajot launched the Thira 80 in 2024 as the new large platform in their sailing-catamaran line, and ALOIA 80 is one of the first hulls in charter service. She is a 23-metre sailing catamaran based year-round at Marina Nea Peramos on the Athens coast and worked by a five-person Greek crew.
A jacuzzi sits on the foredeck and a small gym with yoga mats and weights lives below. The foredeck doubles as an outdoor lounge with a wet bar around the jacuzzi, and the gym lets guests keep a morning routine on longer charters without working around the saloon furniture.
Ten guests fit across five en-suite cabins, with a full-beam king master aft and four queens for the rest of the party. A galley-down layout clears the main-deck salon for full-glass lounge and dining, and keeps crew and guest spaces properly separate.
The flybridge runs the full length of the bridgedeck with sun loungers, alfresco dining, and a second wet bar, and a hydraulic beach club at the stern handles the toy launch. The headline piece is a Williams Sportjet 520 tender with a 230-horsepower engine, fast enough for proper day trips out into the Cyclades. Seabobs, four paddleboards, two kayaks, a wakeboard, water skis with monoski, a scuba jet, and snorkel gear for ten cover the rest of the inventory.
She cruises at ten knots, with the Cyclades, Saronic, Dodecanese, and Ionian all reachable from her Athens base.

Key details to help you prepare for your charter experience.
An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.
Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.
We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.
We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.
We follow MYBA and CYBA contract standards, these internationally recognized agreements offer clarity and security throughout your charter experience.
If you're ever uncertain about what's included or have any questions, feel free to ask your broker at Frontier Yachting. We're here to ensure your charter experience is perfect.
