SUNREEF ECO 80 2024

SUNREEF ECO 80 2024 is a 24-metre electric sailing catamaran built by Sunreef Yachts in 2024 at the yard's Gdansk facility in Poland. The Eco line picked up the German Innovation Award and was named Multihull of the Year in 2023, recognition for a platform built around solar skin, a lithium battery bank, and hydro regeneration under sail.
She is set up for eight guests in four cabins, with a crew of four working the boat. A one-to-two crew ratio on a 24-metre catamaran gives the operation room for dedicated service across the cabin and the boat. The hull is Guernsey-flagged.
The propulsion package is the headline feature. Solar panels integrated into the deck and superstructure feed a lithium battery bank, hydro regeneration recovers power from the propellers when sailing, and the boat is capable of fuel-free cruising under the right conditions. Cruising speed is around eight knots, with sail-power handling the work when wind allows.
The toy programme is heavy on active water sports. Four paddleboards and two windsurfers sit alongside a wakeboard, adult and child water skis, and a towable tube, with snorkel gear sized for twelve and three fishing rods aboard. The snorkel and SUP counts run beyond the eight overnight berths, leaving room for day guests.

Good to Know
Key details to help you prepare for your charter experience.
An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.
Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.
We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.
We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.
We follow MYBA and CYBA contract standards, these internationally recognized agreements offer clarity and security throughout your charter experience.
If you're ever uncertain about what's included or have any questions, feel free to ask your broker at Frontier Yachting. We're here to ensure your charter experience is perfect.
