BACCARAT is an Amer Cento Quad built by Permare in Italy in 2022 and based out of Monaco. The "Quad" in the name refers to four Volvo Penta engines producing 900 horsepower each, giving a 29-metre yacht a top speed of 30 knots and a cruising speed of 21. That kind of pace means Saint-Tropez to Portofino is a day trip, not an overnight passage.

Ten guests sleep across five en-suite cabins: a full-beam master on the main deck and four doubles below. The interior by Stefano Tini keeps the palette neutral with high-quality finishes and an emphasis on natural light through oversized windows, giving the spaces a clean, contemporary feel that suits the Riviera context.

The flybridge carries a jacuzzi, sun loungers, and enough covered dining space for the full group, while a tender handles shore runs and towing duties. Toys include two paddleboards, a wakeboard, water skis, body boards, and snorkel gear, with zero-speed stabilisers keeping the platform steady at anchor.

BACCARAT winters in San Remo and summers in Monaco, covering the French and Italian Riviera at a speed that puts the entire coastline within reach of a single charter week.

Key details to help you prepare for your charter experience.

An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.

Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.

We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.

We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.

We follow MYBA and CYBA contract standards, these internationally recognized agreements offer clarity and security throughout your charter experience.

If you're ever uncertain about what's included or have any questions, feel free to ask your broker at Frontier Yachting. We're here to ensure your charter experience is perfect.
