GIGI

Summer: Sardinia
1 / 20

Sardinia in June, Corsica by July, the French Riviera if the weather holds. GIGI is a brand-new Sunreef 70 Power, delivered in 2025 for her first charter season out of Marina Portisco, with a shallow 1.7-metre draft and twin MAN engines cruising at 13 knots.

The flybridge is where the catamaran's 11-metre beam pays off: a jacuzzi, sun pads, and open-air dining that feels more like a rooftop terrace than a boat deck. Stabilizers work underway and at anchor, keeping things flat even in exposed roadsteads. A crew of four, including a dedicated chef, handles the boat and the galley.

Below deck, the master cabin has a king bed and three further doubles each take queens, all en-suite, sleeping eight guests total. Toys cover the full range: two Seabobs, two kayaks, paddleboards, a wakeboard, water skis for adults and children, and floating mats for the days when the anchorage is too good to leave.

Good to Know

Key details to help you prepare for your charter experience.

An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.

Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.

We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.

We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.

We follow MYBA and CYBA contract standards, these internationally recognized agreements offer clarity and security throughout your charter experience.

If you're ever uncertain about what's included or have any questions, feel free to ask your broker at Frontier Yachting. We're here to ensure your charter experience is perfect.
