SHADES OF GREY

SHADES OF GREY is a 2024 Sunreef 80 sailing catamaran, 24 metres, built in Poland and based in Palma de Mallorca for Balearic charters in summer, the Caribbean in winter. She carries a lithium battery bank that lets her run through the night on silent mode, no generator needed.
Nine guests in four cabins finished in warm grey with green accents. The master has a king bed and walk-in wardrobe; the VIP takes a queen with its own walk-in and a larger bathroom. A third cabin has a queen, and the fourth holds three single beds in a staggered bunk arrangement, well suited for children or a group of friends travelling together. The main saloon has two large lounge sofas and a black glass table that converts for dining, seating ten.
The flybridge is where this yacht earns its keep: dining for ten, a U-shaped seating area, a full-width sunbed, a BBQ, a bar, and a massage area. A water slide drops you from the flybridge straight into the sea.
On the water: two Seabob F5S units, a Fliteboard e-foil, and a wakeboard for the faster days, with a kayak, two SUPs, water skis, towables, and snorkel gear for everything else.
She carries a crew of four under a Maltese flag, brand new, properly equipped, and quiet enough at anchor to hear the water.

Key details to help you prepare for your charter experience.
An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.
Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.
We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.
We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.
We follow MYBA and CYBA contract standards, these internationally recognized agreements offer clarity and security throughout your charter experience.
If you're ever uncertain about what's included or have any questions, feel free to ask your broker at Frontier Yachting. We're here to ensure your charter experience is perfect.
