ELIANORA

Summer: Sardinia
1 / 30

Based year-round in Olbia on Sardinia's Costa Smeralda, ELIANORA is positioned for the western Mediterranean's best cruising ground. Twin MAN diesels give her 12 knots (quick for a gulet), so the Maddalena Archipelago sits an hour away and southern Corsica is comfortable day range. She's a 39-metre Bodrum-built gulet, launched in 2006 and refitted in 2022, with the traditional hardwood interiors and 8-metre beam that generation of Turkish builders did well.

She sleeps 12 guests across six en-suite cabins: a master, a VIP, and four twins. The layout works well for families or mixed groups where not everyone wants the same bed configuration. All cabins have private bathrooms with cubicle showers and air conditioning, finished in the traditional hardwood panelling you'd expect from a Bodrum-built gulet of this generation.

On deck, there's the space you'd expect from an 8-metre beam: a shaded aft dining area, sun cushions forward, and enough room to spread out without tripping over each other. A crew of five runs the boat year-round.

Water toys cover the essentials: wakeboard, water skis (adult and children's), towed tube, paddleboards, kayak, and fishing gear. A tender handles shore runs and cove access.

The Costa Smeralda gets crowded in July and August, but a crewed gulet with this range can start each morning from a quiet anchorage and let the day boats have the marina.

Good to Know

Key details to help you prepare for your charter experience.

An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.

Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.

We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.

We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.

We follow MYBA and CYBA contract standards, these internationally recognized agreements offer clarity and security throughout your charter experience.

If you're ever uncertain about what's included or have any questions, feel free to ask your broker at Frontier Yachting. We're here to ensure your charter experience is perfect.
