KADENA

KADENA has been chartering the Dalmatian coast since 1997, a 32-metre mahogany-hulled gulet that knows every cove between Šibenik and Dubrovnik after nearly three decades of summer seasons. A comprehensive 2024 refit gave her a new teak deck, jacuzzi on the aft platform, and fresh lounge seating throughout, bringing the comfort level in line with her experience on these waters.
Six cabins sleep twelve guests. The stern master carries a king bed, sofa, and en-suite with shower tub; a VIP cabin runs a queen with the same setup. Two triple cabins pair a queen with a single berth for families travelling with children, and two twins round out the layout, all en-suite and air-conditioned. A crew of four (captain, chef, hostess, sailor) handles everything from provisioning to mooring lines in the tight harbours along the coast.
The mid-deck carries a cocktail corner and sunbathing area, with a bow lounge for morning coffee and a view of whichever island is next. Toys include a jet ski, windsurfer, kayak, two SUPs, water skis, snorkel gear, and fishing tackle. The aft deck doubles as dining room and social hub, with the new jacuzzi a few steps below.
She operates exclusively from Split, covering Hvar, Vis, Korčula, and the Elaphiti Islands on standard seven-day routes at 10 knots cruising, the right speed for short hops and long afternoons at anchor.

Key details to help you prepare for your charter experience.
An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.
Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.
We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.
We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.
We follow MYBA and CYBA contract standards, these internationally recognized agreements offer clarity and security throughout your charter experience.
If you're ever uncertain about what's included or have any questions, feel free to ask your broker at Frontier Yachting. We're here to ensure your charter experience is perfect.
