About FREEDOM

FREEDOM was built at Radez Shipyard on the island of Korcula in 2019, with naval architecture and exterior design by Nauta. She was originally configured with 18 cabins for passenger service, and a 2022 refit stripped her back to 11 en-suite cabins across four decks, transforming her into a dedicated charter yacht for up to 22 guests. Captain Ivan Rakuljic, who owns FREEDOM, expanded the crew from eight to twelve to match the conversion.

The accommodation spans three guest decks. Two full-beam master suites anchor the layout, one on the upper deck and the other on the main deck. A VIP cabin forward and four convertible double-or-twin cabins fill out the main deck, giving mixed groups flexibility in how they configure their rooms. On the lower deck, a twin cabin and three triple cabins (each with a double bed and a single) handle larger families or parties that need every berth filled. All eleven cabins have private bathrooms with walk-in showers.

The sundeck is FREEDOM's standout space. A swimming pool, a large jacuzzi, a private bar, and a fitness studio share the top deck with a lounge area and outdoor screen. Below, a cinema and gaming room, a sauna with oversized shower, and a massage room with a dedicated masseuse on the crew give the yacht a resort quality that her 48-metre length would not immediately suggest. The main saloon handles formal dining for the full guest complement, and covered al fresco dining areas serve for lunch at anchor.

The water sports inventory covers two jet skis, two SeaBobs, two e-foils, and two electric paddleboards alongside four standard paddleboards and a kayak for quieter mornings. For tow sports, there's a wakeboard, water skis (adult and children's), tube, and ringo. A waterslide runs off the stern into the sea, with inflatable swimming platforms for lounging at the waterline. A 5.5-metre tender with 100HP handles transfers for up to nine passengers. The crew of twelve includes two chefs, a chief steward, two stewards, a masseuse, two housekeepers, and three deckhands.

Based in Split year-round, FREEDOM runs the Dalmatian coast from Split south through Brac, Hvar, Vis, and Korcula to Dubrovnik, cruising at 9 knots with a 1,400-nautical-mile range. For wedding parties, corporate groups, or extended families who need every cabin filled, she is one of the few yachts in Croatia that can sleep 22 and still feel like a private charter.

Key details to help you prepare for your charter experience.

An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.

Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.

We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.

We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.

We follow MYBA and CYBA contract standards, these internationally recognized agreements offer clarity and security throughout your charter experience.

If you're ever uncertain about what's included or have any questions, feel free to ask your broker at Frontier Yachting. We're here to ensure your charter experience is perfect.
