PRANA BY ATZARO

Komodo National Park from May to October. Raja Ampat from November to April. PRANA BY ATZARO sails the two best dive grounds in Indonesia on a 55-metre ironwood phinisi hand-built by Bugis boatbuilders in Bira, South Sulawesi, following ancestral construction methods now recognised by UNESCO. She was commissioned by the Atzaro Group (the family behind Ibiza's Atzaro hotel, a seven-generation estate), designed by Redman Whiteley Dixon, and launched in 2018. The hospitality DNA shows.
Eighteen guests across nine suites on four decks. The master suite is 77 square metres with a private aft terrace, wrap-around windows, double rain shower, and twin vanities. A grand suite (37m²) and two deluxe suites (27m² each) sit on the upper and main decks. Three superior suites (23m²) and two standard suites (18m²) fill the lower deck. All are air-conditioned with en-suite bathrooms, Smart TVs, and sound systems.
A 60-square-metre yoga deck doubles as an outdoor cinema under the stars. The onboard spa (two resident therapists, Anne Semonin products) and PADI dive centre with dedicated instructor are permanent features, not add-ons. Toys: an 8-metre waterslide, six kayaks, six SUPs, wakeboard, water skis, snorkel gear, and fishing equipment. Two 7.2m RIB tenders.
A crew of 21 runs the operation. She cruises at 8 knots. This is slow travel in the most biodiverse waters on earth, on a yacht built by the people who invented the phinisi.

Key details to help you prepare for your charter experience.
An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.
Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.
We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.
We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.
We follow MYBA and CYBA contract standards, these internationally recognized agreements offer clarity and security throughout your charter experience.
If you're ever uncertain about what's included or have any questions, feel free to ask your broker at Frontier Yachting. We're here to ensure your charter experience is perfect.
