DAIQUIRI

Captain Yiannis Tzortzis runs DAIQUIRI as an RYA and MCA Yachtmaster who also holds certifications as a sailing and water ski instructor, which sets the tone for how the boat works in the Cyclades. She is a 2022 Lagoon 65 sailing catamaran of around twenty metres, with five cabins for ten guests and a four-strong crew that includes chef Emilia Sotiriou in the galley.

The five cabins follow the standard Lagoon 65 layout, with four doubles and a twin spread across the hulls. The saloon opens onto the aft cockpit through full-height glazing, with the cockpit serving as the main dining and lounge space at water level. A bimini shades the cockpit through the heat of the day, and the flybridge above carries the helm, a sun lounge, and open views over the anchorage.

Watersports kit covers two sea scooters and two vapor jets for guided underwater runs, a stand-up paddleboard, a wakeboard, adult water skis with the captain on hand to instruct, a kayak, a towable tube, plus snorkel and fishing gear. A 4.60-metre tender with a 60-horsepower outboard handles shore runs and longer toy deployments away from the swim platform.

The yacht works the Cyclades through the season, with Athens as the home base for embarkations and turnarounds. Weekly rates run from thirty-two thousand euros in the shoulder months up to forty-two thousand five hundred in peak summer.
