GENNY

Summer: Cyclades
1 / 30

Few sailing catamarans arrive at anchor with an air-conditioned AXOPAR 37 aboard, a full cabin day boat capable of independent island-hopping while the mothership rides at rest. GENNY makes that the baseline. Built by Sunreef Yachts in 2021, she spans 23.87 metres on an 11.53-metre beam, giving her the deck volume and interior scale that distinguish the Sunreef 80 from narrower production cats. Her all-Italian crew of six brings depth beyond bare competence: the chef trained at ALMA, Italy's premier culinary school, and the chief stewardess holds a second-level sommelier certification, so the table matches the boat.

Five en-suite cabins accommodate ten guests, split between two master suites with king beds and walk-in closets and three VIP cabins with queen beds. The flybridge carries a wet bar, full dining, and generous lounging under open sky. For active days, a Sea-Doo Spark Trixx jet ski, an E-Foil, and a SeaBob cover the premium end of the toy list, backed by wakeboards, water skis, SUPs, a kayak, a towable tube, fishing gear, and snorkel equipment. Twin 225hp John Deere diesels push her to a steady cruising pace of 8 knots when the wind goes quiet.

GENNY holds a plastic-free certification, carries the Italian flag, and spends summer seasons in Athens with the Cyclades, Saronic, and Dodecanese all within comfortable reach.

Good to Know

Key details to help you prepare for your charter experience.

An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.

Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.

We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.

We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.

We follow MYBA and CYBA contract standards, these internationally recognized agreements offer clarity and security throughout your charter experience.

If you're ever uncertain about what's included or have any questions, feel free to ask your broker at Frontier Yachting. We're here to ensure your charter experience is perfect.
