JELLYFISH

Salerno to Capri is a morning crossing. Positano sits between the two, and from there the Amalfi coastline opens eastward through Amalfi, Ravello's cliffs, and the quieter anchorages around Cetara and Vietri sul Mare. JELLYFISH is a 2024 Lagoon 55 based at Marina d'Arechi in Salerno, positioned to work this stretch of Italian coastline with 10 guests aboard across five cabins.
The Lagoon 55 hull comes from VPLP Design with a Nauta Design interior, the same partnership that produced most of Lagoon's upper range. At 16 metres with 9 metres of beam, the interior volume is generous. Nauta filled the saloon with natural light through oversized windows and large skylights, and the 5-cabin layout gives every guest their own door to close at night.
Toys on board include a Seabob, two SUPs, and a dinghy with a 40HP outboard for shore runs to the Amalfi towns where marina berths are scarce. Deck shower and bimini cover the essentials.
JELLYFISH charters year-round from Salerno, with the Amalfi Coast, Capri, and Procida all within a day's reach and a 1.55-metre draft that keeps the shallow anchorages along the coast accessible.
JELLYFISH puts five cabins for ten guests on the Amalfi Coast, on a Lagoon 55 hull delivered in 2024 and based at Marina d'Arechi.

Key details to help you prepare for your charter experience.
An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.
Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.
We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.
We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.
We follow MYBA and CYBA contract standards, these internationally recognized agreements offer clarity and security throughout your charter experience.
If you're ever uncertain about what's included or have any questions, feel free to ask your broker at Frontier Yachting. We're here to ensure your charter experience is perfect.
