ARKTOS

Western Mediterranean in summer, Caribbean in winter. ARKTOS is a 2026 Lagoon Eighty 2, the yard's 24-metre flagship sailing catamaran and one of only two in charter worldwide, with hull lines by VPLP and exterior by Patrick Le Quement after two decades as Renault's design chief. Nauta Design handled the interior, dressed by Maison Sarah Lavoine in linen, cream, and pale oak.
Four en-suite cabins sleep eight guests. The owner's suite has a king bed and a private terrace that opens over the water. A VIP and two guest doubles complete the lower deck, and fully separate crew quarters with their own galley and heads keep the four-person crew close without intruding on guest space.
The flybridge runs over 50 square metres with dual helm stations and open-air dining. Below, a deployable swim platform extends to 22 square metres, carrying up to 1.3 tonnes and doubling as a beach club at anchor, with a Seabob, wakeboard, kayak, paddleboards, and snorkelling gear rounding out the toys.
Under sail she averages 10 knots in moderate breeze, with twin John Deere 230-horsepower diesels for when the wind drops. She is a flagship Lagoon with the design pedigree and the deck space to justify the name.

Good to Know
Key details to help you prepare for your charter experience.
An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.
Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.
We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.
We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.
We follow MYBA and CYBA contract standards, these internationally recognized agreements offer clarity and security throughout your charter experience.
If you're ever uncertain about what's included or have any questions, feel free to ask your broker at Frontier Yachting. We're here to ensure your charter experience is perfect.
