AEOLUS 77

Best Crewed Catamaran 60 feet and over at the 2025 BVI Charter Show, Best in Show 60+ at the 2025 CYS Show, and a clean sweep of finalist placings across the 2024 Antigua and USVI VIPCA shows. AEOLUS 77 is a 2024 Lagoon SEVENTY 7, the largest production cat the yard builds, and she earns her show season honestly.
She runs 23 metres on deck with an eleven-metre beam and a 1.9-metre draft, which opens up the shallow Virgin Island anchorages and lets her work close to shore on settled days. Twin diesels and the standard Lagoon rig handle the inter-island runs; the flybridge carries the helm, a wet bar, and lounging space across the full width.
Eight guests sleep across four queen-plus en-suite cabins. The master is set up as an on-deck owner's suite with its own dressing area and panoramic windows, and the three further doubles each take a private head. A crew of four runs the boat: captain, mate, chef, and hostess, with their quarters and the working galley kept separate from the guest spaces.
The water sports inventory matches the show wins: a Seabob, wakeboard, adult and kids' water skis, knee board, towable tube, four paddleboards, floating mats, fishing tackle, snorkel kit, and a sailing dinghy. The tender pulls the towables and drops guests at beach bars across St John, Jost Van Dyke, and Virgin Gorda.
AEOLUS 77 charters the Virgin Islands year-round, with Leeward and Windward island weeks on request through the winter season.

Good to Know
Key details to help you prepare for your charter experience.
An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.
Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.
We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.
We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.
We follow MYBA and CYBA contract standards, these internationally recognized agreements offer clarity and security throughout your charter experience.
If you're ever uncertain about what's included or have any questions, feel free to ask your broker at Frontier Yachting. We're here to ensure your charter experience is perfect.
