SEAHOME II

Built around a year-round BVI programme out of West End on Tortola, SEAHOME II is a 2025 Lagoon catamaran of nineteen metres, running ten guests across the British Virgin Islands with a crew of three. The base puts Norman Island, Peter Island, Cooper, Salt, Virgin Gorda, and Anegada inside daily reach.
The five-cabin layout sleeps ten guests, each cabin ensuite. Crew of three lives forward, keeping the guest hulls private.
The 2025 build is straight off the line, with new soft furnishings, electronics, and finishes throughout. A cruising speed of around nine knots fits the short BVI island-hop legs that rarely exceed an hour at sea.
The cockpit and saloon open onto each other as the main living zone, with a bimini-shaded outdoor dining table and a flybridge above for sun-pad lounging. A swim platform astern handles the watersports kit and dinghy launches for snorkeling stops at the Indians, the Caves, or the Baths.
Watersports gear covers two single-person kayaks, four stand-up paddleboards, a wakeboard, a towable tube, floating mats, snorkel gear, and two sets of fishing tackle. A water maker, ice maker, and salon stereo cover the practical side, with deck shower aft for post-dive rinses.
Weekly rates run from sixty-one thousand US dollars in the shoulder months to eighty-five thousand at peak. SEAHOME II suits family groups and two-couple charters that want a brand-new five-cabin Lagoon on a calendar-year BVI programme, with short island-hop legs and full access to the classic Sir Francis Drake Channel circuit.

Good to Know
Key details to help you prepare for your charter experience.
An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.
Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.
We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.
We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.
We follow MYBA and CYBA contract standards, these internationally recognized agreements offer clarity and security throughout your charter experience.
If you're ever uncertain about what's included or have any questions, feel free to ask your broker at Frontier Yachting. We're here to ensure your charter experience is perfect.
