ULTRA

All-inclusive is the standard in the Virgin Islands, and that is how ULTRA charters: provisioning, drinks, fuel, the captain, the chef, and the dockage all sit inside the weekly rate. ULTRA is a Lagoon 630 power catamaran from 2017, US-flagged and based year-round in St Thomas for charters across the BVI and USVI.
She sleeps eight guests in four en-suite cabins. The master queen has its own sofa and lounge area, two further queens handle couples, and the fourth is a twin with upper and lower berths set up for kids. Full air conditioning runs throughout, and the bridge deck, flybridge, and aft cockpit each give a distinct outdoor zone.
Captain Kyle Foglesong holds a USCG Master Captain 200 GT licence and trained out of Florida before the Caribbean, while Chef Jessica Dillow trained as a clinical mental-health counsellor before moving full-time into the galley. She cooks Southern-influenced, globally-inspired food sourced locally where possible, and the two of them know the Virgin Islands at the level of which beach to head for in which wind.
The toy programme is built for a full week on the water. A wakeboard, adult water skis, and a towable tube cover the action side. Two paddleboards, two single kayaks, two double kayaks, snorkel gear, and serious fishing tackle including two trolling rods and a fly rod round out the inventory.
Weekly rates run $34,000 in low season to $39,000 in high, all-inclusive, with a five-night minimum and a 48-hour turnaround.

Key details to help you prepare for your charter experience.
An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.
Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.
We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.
We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.
We follow MYBA and CYBA contract standards, these internationally recognized agreements offer clarity and security throughout your charter experience.
If you're ever uncertain about what's included or have any questions, feel free to ask your broker at Frontier Yachting. We're here to ensure your charter experience is perfect.
