NORTHERN ESCAPE

Benetti's Oasis range was built around a single idea: turn the stern of the yacht into a beach club at sea level. NORTHERN ESCAPE is a 40.8-metre Oasis 40M from 2022, with exterior lines by RWD and an interior by Bonetti/Kozerski. She takes that idea to French Polynesia, where warm, clear water makes the beach club the centre of the day.

The aft deck steps down through fold-down side platforms to a swim platform at the waterline, wrapping an infinity pool, a bar, a teppanyaki grill, and daybeds into one continuous terrace over the water. A deck jacuzzi sits higher up, and stabilizers keep the whole boat steady at anchor in the open Pacific swell.

Twelve guests are accommodated across six cabins. The full-beam master runs along the main deck with an office, dressing rooms, and his-and-her bathrooms, and a flexible main-deck room converts between an extra cabin and a wellness space. Two doubles and two convertible twins fill the lower deck, and a crew of eight look after the boat and its guests.

The toy inventory is built for a watersports charter in warm, clear water: two Seabobs, jet skis, sea scooters, kite-boarding gear, wakeboards, water skis for adults and children, and full deep-sea fishing kit. Two tenders, one an 8.4-metre jet tender, tow the skiers and run guests across the lagoons of French Polynesia and out into the wider South Pacific.
