KARMA

A hydraulic swim platform, a floating lily pad off the stern, and dive gear for the reefs. KARMA is a Lagoon 50 from 2020, based at West End on Tortola and built around a full day in and on the water. She carries eight guests across four en-suite cabins with a crew of two, and she cruises at eight knots under sail between the British and US Virgin Islands.
The Lagoon 50 was named Multihull of the Year when it launched, and the reasons show up all over the boat. The flybridge gives a full circle of views over the anchorage, the foredeck lounge turns the bows into a sun deck, and the whole main level flows from saloon to cockpit without a step. Four cabins, each with its own bathroom, keep two families or a group of friends comfortable across a week aboard.
The water sports setup is the real draw. Scuba and snorkel gear cover the reefs, a paddleboard and a two-person kayak handle the shoreline, and the floating lily pad and towable turn the swim platform into the centre of the day. An underwater camera records the reef dives and the fish that come with them. The dinghy pulls the towable and runs guests ashore to the beach bars.

Key details to help you prepare for your charter experience.
An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.
Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.
We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.
We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.
We follow MYBA and CYBA contract standards, these internationally recognized agreements offer clarity and security throughout your charter experience.
If you're ever uncertain about what's included or have any questions, feel free to ask your broker at Frontier Yachting. We're here to ensure your charter experience is perfect.
