ALICE is a 31-metre motor yacht built by Salted Fibre Works in 2019 and based year-round in Malé, purpose-built for the kind of Maldivian charter that revolves around what happens under the surface. She carries her own 19-metre dive dhoni, White Rabbit, equipped with air and nitrox compressors, tanks from 8 to 15 litres, and a full gear locker for up to five divers at a time. The programme runs two to three dives a day, including a weekly night dive.

Twenty guests sleep across nine cabins: a master with king berth, a VIP queen, three doubles, and four twins, generous for a 31-metre hull and clearly designed around group charters. The crew of twelve includes a dive instructor, a marine biologist for reef and pelagic briefings, and a professional masseuse. Surf sessions with a dedicated guide and yoga on deck (or on floating mats, if you want to take it literally) round out the programme.

On the main deck, a jacuzzi and open sun areas handle the downtime between dives, while three paddleboards, a wakeboard, water skis, a kneeboard, and snorkel gear fill the gaps. The emphasis here is clearly underwater, and the boat is set up accordingly.

ALICE operates exclusively in the Maldives, where the atolls, channels, and reef systems are the whole point, and she has the dive infrastructure to do them properly.

Good to Know

Key details to help you prepare for your charter experience.

An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.

Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.

We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.

We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.

We follow MYBA and CYBA contract standards, these internationally recognized agreements offer clarity and security throughout your charter experience.

If you're ever uncertain about what's included or have any questions, feel free to ask your broker at Frontier Yachting. We're here to ensure your charter experience is perfect.
