MY EYES DELIGHT

Summer: Balearic IslandsWinter: Balearic Islands

Nautor Swan launched hull number one of the Swan 68 in 1992, and German Frers' design proved durable enough that 23 more followed over the next twelve years. MY EYES DELIGHT, built in 1995 and refitted in 2008, carries that pedigree across the Balearic Islands from her year-round base in Palma de Mallorca.

The numbers tell the story. A 21-metre GRP hull with 16 tonnes of lead ballast sits below a 201-square-metre sail plan, driven by a 3.30-metre draft that bites deep into the waterline. Under sail she is precise and confident, the kind of boat that rewards guests who want to feel the wind work. A Perkins Sabre 225HP turbo diesel handles the calms, pushing her at 9 knots between Mallorca, Ibiza, Menorca and Formentera.

Below deck, four en-suite cabins sleep ten guests, with a queen-berth master and flexible pullman arrangements in the remaining three. A crew of two keeps the experience personal and unhurried. On deck, a hydraulic swim platform opens the stern to the water, and a BBQ, outdoor speakers and deck shower make anchorages worth lingering in.

Three decades into her sailing life, MY EYES DELIGHT remains what Frers drew and Nautor built: a proper offshore Swan with Balearic home waters and nothing to prove.

Key details to help you prepare for your charter experience.

An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.

Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.

We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.

We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.

We follow MYBA and CYBA contract standards, these internationally recognized agreements offer clarity and security throughout your charter experience.

If you're ever uncertain about what's included or have any questions, feel free to ask your broker at Frontier Yachting. We're here to ensure your charter experience is perfect.
